He has a degree in Philosophy from the University of Buenos Aires and he has obtained a Master’s degree in Systems Science at the University of Louisville (United States) and the Latin-American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO).
He is currently the Manager of the Educational Portal educar.ar, whose aim is to facilitate the integration of the new information and communication technologies into the educational system of Argentina. He is also permanent professor of the Data Processing, Telematics and Computing Workshop of the Social Communication Sciences degree and one of the most outstanding intellectuals in the Spanish language around the phenomena derived from the integration of the Internet into our societies.
He is an organisational consultant on Internet and e-commerce. He is permanent professor of the Data Processing, Telematics and Computing Workshop, UBA.
In addition, he teaches postgraduate courses at the UBA, FLACSO, University of San Andrés, as well as national and Latin-American universities. He is also co-publisher of the electronic newspaper, Interlink Headline News. He has published the books:
